Charlie Batch was the third quarterback taken in the 1998 draft. The QB before him? Ryan Leaf, the No. 1 greatest draft bust of all time. (And the guy before him is the 2nd greatest QB of his generation). Charlie Batch, however, I still say was railroaded by the Lions.
