I looked up ’tilt-shift’ video to see what this was all about, and is this really actual video just shot with a particular lens technique? It really looks like a fake miniature set!
Not only that– there are a variety of different kinds of software which will take already shot video and apply the tilt-shift effect, meaning you don’t need the lenses necessarily.
